Hi, my name is Eden Davis. A Northern California native, I’ve fallen in love with everything the Upper Cumberland has to offer and can’t imagine living anywhere else. My education and background is in Marketing and Communications. A twelve-year career in healthcare marketing provided a strong base from where I launched into self-employment, mainly in the areas of real estate including flipping homes and long-term investing, a natural progression into obtaining my real estate license in CA and now also in TN.
My Bachelor’s degree was obtained at California State University Chico and my MBA from right here in Tennessee at Southern Adventist University near Chattanooga. It was when I lived in Chattanooga that I absolutely fell in love with this state. The beauty it offers along with the Southern hospitality is unlike anywhere else I’ve lived.
On a personal level, I am a mother to two incredibly smart and athletic boys that are the light of my life! I love traveling, exploring the Upper Cumberland’s natural beauty, concerts, and anything that involves good food. I’m looking forward to working & serving the Upper Cumberland.
